Eligible Refunds

Automatic Refunds - Technical Failures

Credits are automatically refunded to your account when a generation fails due to technical issues on our end, including:

  • Server errors preventing generation
  • AI service unavailability
  • System failures during processing

These refunds happen automatically and immediately restore credits to your account.

Manual Refunds - Unused Credits

You may request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have not used any of the purchased credits
  • You are dissatisfied with the service before using it
  • You purchased credits by mistake

Case-by-Case Refunds

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Quality issues with generated content (subject to review)
  • Service disruptions affecting your experience
  • Other exceptional circumstances

These requests will be evaluated individually based on the specific situation.

Refund Process

Credit Refunds (Automatic)

When a generation fails due to technical issues:

  1. The system automatically detects the failure
  2. Credits are immediately returned to your account
  3. You receive a notification of the refund
  4. You can use the refunded credits immediately

Payment Refunds (Manual)

For approved payment refund requests:

  1. We review your refund request within 2-3 business days
  2. If approved, we process the refund through our payment provider (Polar)
  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  4. You receive a confirmation email

Timeframes

Request Window

  • Unused credit refunds: Within 30 days of purchase
  • Quality-related refunds: Within 7 days of generation

Processing Time

  • Automatic credit refunds: Immediate
  • Manual review: 2-3 business days
  • Payment refund processing: 5-10 business days

Receipt of Funds

Once a payment refund is processed, the time to receive funds in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Other payment methods: As determined by the payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

Used Credits

  • Credits that have been successfully used to generate content
  • Completed generations, even if you're dissatisfied with the result

Time-Expired Requests

  • Refund requests made after the applicable time window

Subjective Quality

  • Normal variations in AI-generated content quality
  • Personal preference regarding artistic style
  • Creative interpretation differences

User Error

  • Mistakes in prompts or instructions you provided
  • Inappropriate photos uploaded that lead to poor results
