Color My Story is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create personalized coloring pages and storybooks for children. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate custom content based on user prompts and uploaded photos.

Key features include:

• AI-generated personalized coloring pages
• 5-page storybook creation
• Character customization based on uploaded photos
• Credit-based generation system

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credit System

How Credits Work

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Single coloring page: 1 credit
• 5-page storybook: 5 credits

Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Polar
• Prices are displayed in USD or your local currency
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy

Credit Terms

• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits have no cash value
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund according to our Refund Policy

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to technical issues on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

Intellectual Property

Service Ownership

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Color My Story and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Content

You own the AI-generated content you create using our Service, including coloring pages and storybooks, subject to the following:

• You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• AI-generated content may have limitations on commercial use depending on AI provider terms
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

User Uploads

You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Process your uploads to generate personalized content
• Store your uploads securely for the duration of your account
• Use your uploads only as necessary to provide the Service

User Content

You are solely responsible for content you upload and generate. You agree that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Is appropriate for a service intended to create content for children

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate inappropriate content involving minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Service
• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All generations will meet your expectations
• The Service will be compatible with all devices
• AI-generated content will be free from errors or inaccuracies

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may vary in quality and may require human review before use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLOR MY STORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from AI-generated content quality

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund according to our Refund Policy
• Generated content may remain available for a limited time for download

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
